We are seeking a passionate Casual Food and Beverage Attendant to join our team at our newly opened Yallungah Boutique Hotel property located at 62 Byng Street, Orange, NSW. A one-of-a-kind destination for leisure and corporate guests, Yallungah fuses contemporary art and striking design in a beautifully restored heritage homestead.

Role Overview

A Food & Beverage Attendant plays a crucial role in ensuring guests have a pleasant dining experience.

Key Responsibilities

Operational

Provide excellent service by taking orders accurately, answering inquiries, and ensuring guest satisfaction
Prepare and serve food and beverages according to standard recipes and presentation guidelines
Ensure the cleanliness and tidiness of dining areas, including tables, chairs, and service stations
Process payments accurately, handle cash, and operate POS systems efficiently.
Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards, including proper handling and storage of food items
Work collaboratively with kitchen staff, bar staff, and other hotel team members to ensure smooth operations

Guests

In collaboration with General Manager and Team Members implement strategies to enhance guest service standards which meet/ exceed the expectations of guests
