We are seeking a passionate Casual Food and Beverage Attendant to join our team at Yallungah Boutique Hotel, 62 Byng Street, Orange, NSW — a one-of-a-kind destination that fuses contemporary art and striking design in a beautifully restored heritage homestead.
Role overview
A Food & Beverage Attendant plays a crucial role in ensuring guests have a pleasant dining experience.
Key responsibilities
- Provide excellent service by taking orders accurately, answering inquiries and ensuring guest satisfaction
- Prepare and serve food and beverages according to standard recipes and presentation guidelines
- Ensure the cleanliness and tidiness of dining areas, including tables, chairs and service stations
- Process payments accurately, handle cash and operate POS systems efficiently
- Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards, including proper handling and storage of food items
- Work collaboratively with kitchen, bar and other hotel team members to ensure smooth operations
