We are looking for an enthusiastic Casual Room Attendant to join our team at Yallungah Boutique Hotel, 62 Byng Street, Orange, NSW — a one-of-a-kind destination that fuses contemporary art and striking design in a beautifully restored heritage homestead.
Role overview
The Room Attendant is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of guest rooms and public areas, ensuring a comfortable and welcoming environment for our guests.
Key responsibilities
- Clean and tidy guest rooms, including making beds, changing linens, vacuuming, dusting and cleaning bathrooms
- Replenish room amenities such as toiletries, towels and beverages
- Provide courteous, professional service, addressing guest requests promptly
- Inspect rooms for cleanliness and report maintenance issues or safety hazards
- Maintain cleanliness in public areas such as hallways and lobbies
- Track cleaning supplies and report low stock
- Follow all health and safety regulations, including proper handling of cleaning chemicals
